The price is set by your team size and how many departments you run. You pay once to build the system, then a yearly support agreement keeps it hosted, backed up, patched and updated. No per-seat fee and no monthly bill.

Regulated, priced by team size.
Regulated adds the signing controls, auditor views, an IQ/OQ package and a validation summary with every release. Until the IQ/OQ package and the first release validation summary are delivered, its build fee stays at $15,000, or $10,000 for 1–8 people. Your contract names the delivery date, and Regulated support starts on it.

A quote made once the package is delivered uses the build fee in the third column. Adding Regulated later costs its build fee plus $2,500.

- Everyone at every site counts toward your team size.
- The setup covers the site's own standards list, the accreditation number and address on its certificates, its users and reports, and one training day.
AI reading, by the page.
Reading an old report or a datalogger summary into the program uses an outside AI service. It is off unless your shop switches it on, and nothing it reads is saved until a person accepts it. Support includes a yearly allowance of pages read.

Beyond the allowance, $10 for every 100 pages. For scale: the old cleanroom reports read in so far average about 46 pages.

A quote from either may differ. The terms, in plain words.
Included at every size
Discovery, configuration, moving your records over, your documents set up, training and go-live. The build week is in your shop or over video calls, whichever suits you. There is no 30-day window: what you get is supported for as long as the agreement runs. Adding a department later costs the difference in build fee plus $2,500.
What support covers
Hosting, backups, security patching, platform updates and new features as they ship. Fixes are unlimited for as long as the agreement runs. Invoiced yearly, and a purchase order is fine. Support rises each year by CPI or 3%, whichever is greater, as the agreement states.
New work, fixed price
Something the platform doesn't do yet is quoted at $2,500, $6,000 or $12,000 by size and agreed in writing before it starts. A price never moves after the fact.
What you bring
Tablets and a label printer are yours to buy; we'll tell you what works. The customer portal and e-signatures come at every size, not as add-ons.
Yours to keep
Your data, and your system as it is set up, are yours. If support ever lapses you get 30 days' written notice before hosting stops, and a full export whenever you ask.
